And what better way to start the spring holidays than with a simple appetizer?
Crostini al Tonno
4 slices of white bread, 1 can tuna packed in olive oil, 1 tbsp. capers, 1 tsp. anchovy paste, 1 sprig parsley, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 shallot, 1/2 tsp. salt.
Toast the bread and cut each piece of toast diagonally into 4 triangles. Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Spread on toast or pipe on using a pastry tube.
